Every person runs into certain issues at some point in life. It is certainly not always the case that everything will always be better. In lesser periods complaints can arise. To find an appropriate intervention, it is nice to map out the extent of the experienced complaints. When the complaints are in focus, it is also useful to know how the candidate deals with them. After completing the survey, a complete picture of the current situation emerges. If necessary, repeat measurements can be taken to further map the progress and decrease of complaints.
The questionnaire is particularly useful for coaching in order to obtain an objective picture of the state of affairs, at least during the intake, but also afterwards.
