A number of the latest additions to our Big Fifty Personality Report have recently become available, which we discuss in the video below. The Big Fifty, based on the Big Five predictive models, is a tool that has long been available in a shorter version. We have now introduced two new elements to make it even more useful and informative. The first new element is a personal report, a concise textual summary of the factor scores. This report was developed with the help of coaches to make the wording as user-friendly as possible. It is intended to be shared directly with the candidate so they can get an idea of their scores even before the feedback session. The second new feature is an insights report. Here, we use Ofman’s Core Quadrant to interpret scores. We examine strengths, pitfalls, challenges, and aversions based on the extreme scores. This provides insight into potential areas of focus or development for the job applicant or employee. Both new reports can be easily enabled in the settings and are available in both the Big Fifty Personality Report and the competency overview.
Watch the video below to learn more about these new features in the Big Fifty Personality Report and how they can contribute to your HR processes.
