The latest update to hrmforce introduces a customized display of the self-image in the Big50 personality questionnaire. The self-image, which is used to analyze overestimation or underestimation of scores and to investigate possible influence or manipulation of scores, has been a feature of hrmforce for some time. However, the new update allows users to choose whether or not to display the self-assessment in various reports. Previously, the self-assessment was displayed by default in the Big50 report, but now users can customize this display when downloading reports in HTML or PDF format. This setting can also be saved as the default in the organization’s settings. This flexibility is available not only for the Big50 personality questionnaire but also for the competency overview, which consolidates results from various questionnaires. This change gives users more control over the content of reports, allowing them to better align with specific needs and preferences.
