This time, I have a question about adding a USP report to the Big Fifty report and the competency overview. We don’t always have a competency profile that directly matches a specific position or role. A candidate may have certain competencies or unique qualities, but we don’t always know how those would fit into a specific position or role within the organization. Is it possible to use the available results to identify where the candidate’s unique qualities lie? And can this be presented simply on a single page so it’s easy to share? We’d love to tell you more about it in this week’s Friday Q&A Vlog.
