To gain more insight into the personal experience and perception of the candidate during his/her life, it can be useful to challenge the candidate in peace to reflect more deeply on the various stages of life. By stimulating candidates to uncover deeper memories per stage of life, insights and patterns will be revealed for both the candidate and the coach/coach that offer starting points to consider and possibly explain themes in the present from a historical perspective.
