This time, we’ll focus on ways to measure progress and the development of competencies. Many organizations use tools such as 360° or 90° feedback to objectively assess behavior. These feedback tools provide an objective picture of behaviors related to specific competencies through feedback from various sources-such as the employee themselves, managers, colleagues, and internal and external customers. These assessments can be conducted periodically to track progress over the years. But how can you easily assess the effects of training or coaching on specific competencies? This is where our Development Tracker comes in. Located in the development menu, the Development Tracker becomes available once multiple 360° feedback sessions have been completed. With this tool, you can select different time points to compare and track the progress of competencies over time.
In the video below, we explain how to use the Development Tracker to track progress in competency development. Whether you want to see if a particular competency is improving or if there are competencies that are gradually declining, the Development Tracker is a simple and efficient tool for visualizing and tracking these trends.
