Connective Leadership Update - Week 38

In this post, we’ll discuss connective leadership within the Big Fifty personality report. The connective leadership report, based on the “Secure Base Leadership” theory, is already available and is generated after completing the Big Fifty personality questionnaire. The core of this theory, “Care to Dare,” focuses on creating a safe environment, instilling trust, and thereby challenging people to develop their talents. Based on feedback, we have refined and adapted the model, so that we now use two main factors: “Care” and “Dare.” “Share” has been removed, bringing the model more in line with the original concept and making the report clearer. In the future, we will delve deeper into the applications of this connective leadership report. For now, those interested can download the report from our portal and even add it to a candidate report at a later time. More information will follow shortly.
