The career choice test, also called the 'Career Interest Assessment', helps make a well-founded career choice by matching several components.
Three fundamental questions are central: who am I (personality, values and drives), what can I do (talents and competencies) and what do I want (interests and career goals).
These questions are measured with three different, valid questionnaires. The results are combined into advice on suitable and less suitable professional groups, with concrete development advice and action steps. Completion takes about 25 minutes.
