PAPI 3 is the work-related personality questionnaire from Cubiks. Below you read what it measures, the difference between the two versions and where to order it.
PAPI looks at what someone needs in their work and which role they take in it. That gives a picture of working style: how someone approaches tasks, how they relate to others and where they get their energy.
The questionnaire is used for selection, development and coaching. The report is set up as a conversation document, so the outcomes are meant to be gone through together.
What someone looks for at work: control, structure, contact or recognition.
Which behaviour someone naturally takes on in a role and in a team.
How someone approaches, plans and finishes tasks.
Aptitude and knowledge. For those you use an aptitude test and an interview.
PAPI 3 is ordered in the shop. Alongside that, the pages this subject touches.
With PAPI too, a score only says something next to a norm group. Ask at the point of ordering which comparison group is used and how current it is.
PAPI is published by Cubiks, part of Talogy. hrmforce supplies the questionnaire and the reporting through the shop.
Read more about norm groups →Open directly, no form required. The publisher of the instrument is listed with each file.
The normative form asks you to indicate per statement how far it applies to you. The ipsative form asks you to choose between statements that could both be true. The normative form lends itself to comparison between candidates, the ipsative form puts more emphasis on the balance within one person.
For selection, development and coaching. The report works as a conversation document, so it comes into its own in a conversation with the candidate or employee.
