Explanation

Employee Participation Training

During the training, we’ll cover topics that are relevant to your MR and delve deeper into the School Employee Participation Act (WMS). We’ll review the documents related to employee participation, such as the employee participation charter and the bylaws, and discuss what kind of MR you want to be: reactive or proactive with your own initiatives.

We discuss the best ways to read and evaluate policy documents, how the process works in cases involving the right to be consulted or the right to consent, and how to set priorities. We also examine the options available when information is not provided, is incomplete, or is not provided on time, and we delve deeper into the general and specific authorities under the WMS and into financial matters.

Our trainers are academically trained and speak the language of employee participation. In collaboration with the University of Amsterdam, hrmforce has developed educational team and competency assessments that provide insight into your council as a team and highlight which competencies can be further developed. Because this is truly a customized solution, we tailor the program to your specific situation.

  • In-depth review of the WMS and related documents
  • From a passive to a proactive, decisive MR
  • Learning to Read and Evaluate Policy Documents
  • The Right to Consultation and Consent in Practice
  • Team and competency assessment to gain insight into the board as a team

Step-by-Step Guide

Here’s how a consulting process works at hrmforce

No open-ended contracts and no surprises. You know in advance what will happen, who does what, and what you’ll get.

  1. 1

    Introduction

In a 30-minute conversation, we’ll help you clarify your question: what’s going on, who’s involved, and what needs to be different in three months.

  2. 2

    Custom Proposal

You’ll receive a proposal outlining our approach, the tools we’ll use, the turnaround time, and a fixed price. No billing by the hour afterward.

  3. 3

    Implementation

We carry out the process with a dedicated consultant serving as the point of contact. Participants complete the assessments online, and we schedule interviews and sessions in consultation with them.

  4. 4

    Feedback

You’ll receive the results in a report along with verbal feedback, including specific recommendations rather than just scores.

  5. 5

    Continued

Together, we’ll determine what’s needed to sustain the results: a training session, a follow-up assessment, or continuing on your own through your own portal.

The result: well-founded advice that you can explain internally, and a next step that aligns with your organization’s capabilities.
