Where does a person thrive best, and what growth is achievable? When it comes to development, career advancement, and succession planning, you want to answer that question based on solid evidence, not just a hunch.
A development assessment (potential assessment) identifies talents, motivations, and growth opportunities and translates them into a concrete development path.
Schedule a development assessment
An assessor measures personality, motivations, and cognitive ability and evaluates them through the lens of the competencies that matter for the role. In a one-on-one feedback session, we discuss the results and the direction for development.
This allows you to make targeted investments in development that suits both the individual and the organization, with a clear starting point for a development plan.
The assessment is suitable for employees, aspiring managers, and professionals considering their next career move. In addition to the report, you’ll receive concrete development tips and, if desired, a follow-up program with coaching, so that your growth is truly set in motion and doesn’t stop at just a report.
In addition to the online tests, the assessment may include practical simulations and role-playing exercises, with a trained actor if desired. In such simulations, we elicit the behaviors that truly matter in the role, because observed behavior is a reliable predictor of future behavior. An assessor observes and evaluates the core competencies in realistic situations, supplemented by a competency-based interview. On the assessment day, there is an oral debriefing, and within two business days, you will receive a clear written report; in accordance with the NIP guidelines, we will only share it after receiving the candidate’s approval.
We’ll work with you to create a customized plan that addresses your specific needs.
No open-ended contracts and no surprises. You know in advance what will happen, who does what, and what you’ll get.
In a 30-minute conversation, we’ll help you clarify your question: what’s going on, who’s involved, and what needs to be different in three months.
You’ll receive a proposal outlining our approach, the tools we’ll use, the turnaround time, and a fixed price. No billing by the hour afterward.
We carry out the process with a dedicated consultant serving as the point of contact. Participants complete the assessments online, and we schedule interviews and sessions in consultation with them.
You’ll receive the results in a report along with verbal feedback, including specific recommendations rather than just scores.
Together, we’ll determine what’s needed to sustain the results: a training session, a follow-up assessment, or continuing on your own through your own portal.
The result: well-founded advice that you can explain internally, and a next step that aligns with your organization’s capabilities.
