For quite some time now, you’ve been conducting performance reviews from time to time, culminating in the annual performance review at the end of the year. To prepare, you often receive a checklist that your manager also fills out, after which the discussion mainly focuses on the differences between the two lists. If you’d like to take a different approach, this training course offers a solution.
The training is intended for both employees and managers. Diversity within the group enriches the experience.

In this training, you’ll learn how to conduct a performance review that’s actually meaningful: discussing expectations and goals openly, showing genuine interest in each other, asking for feedback, and identifying areas for development.
Afterward, you’ll take greater responsibility for your own development and can turn to your manager and colleagues for support. Agreements regarding goals to be achieved are open to discussion, and there is genuine attention paid to your development and contribution to the organization. The training is interactive and offers plenty of opportunities for hands-on practice.
Each program is tailored to the specific needs of your organization and its participants and can be conducted on-site; the maximum number of participants is ten. Through the use of 360-degree feedback, you gain insight into your behavior based on facts, which forms the foundation of the training.
We’ll work with you to create a customized plan that addresses your specific needs.
A training program for managers who want to make their conversations more concrete and honest.
We identify where the conversations are currently stalling: they’re too vague, focus too much on the past, or simply aren’t happening at all.
Participants complete a questionnaire about their own behavior and motivations, so that the training focuses on their actual work experience rather than on theory.
You’ll practice structuring conversations, asking follow-up questions, and identifying areas where things aren’t going smoothly—using your own case studies and receiving immediate feedback.
Participants will conduct their next interviews using the interview framework from the training, supported by the interview cycle in the portal.
After a few weeks, we’ll discuss what worked and what didn’t, and refine our approach.
The result: conversations that actually take place, are more concrete, and lead to agreements that are followed through on.
