How the calculator computes

| Total fit | sum(weight_i * fit_i) / sum(weight_i) |
| Knockout | critical skill below target level means not suitable regardless of total |
| Advice bands | >= 0.9 sterk, >= 0.75 passend, daaronder onvoldoende |
Performing above the target level does not count extra, because overqualification is not a better match. The advice bands are a working agreement, not a psychometric constant.
