Builds and manages the digital 3D building model, links disciplines together and flags clashes between structure and installations.

The BIM modeller works with multiple disciplines at once in a linked model, delivering early insight into design errors. The distinction from a construction draughtsperson lies in bringing structure, installations and architecture together in one consistent model.
