Social Worker (Casework)

Provides short term psychosocial support to adults with problems relating to relationships, finances or health and refers on where necessary.

The social worker often runs several complex cases at once. The caseload is rarely made concrete in job postings. The number of simultaneous complex cases, however, is often more decisive for burnout than the content of the work itself, and this stays undiscussed in selection.
