Construction Cost Estimator

Calculates the cost price of construction projects based on drawings and specifications and prepares quotes and budgets.

The cost estimator often works under time pressure right before a tender deadline and delivers the figure that wins or loses the contract. The distinction from a work planner lies in the focus on price and margin rather than execution sequence.
