Technical Project Leader

Leads technical projects from planning to completion, directs subcontractors and mechanics and monitors budget, schedule and quality.

The technical project leader carries full responsibility for a technical project, from planning to handover to the client. Unlike a work planner, who mainly plans upfront, this role keeps directing and adjusting throughout the whole project. Selection often tests technical background, while the ability to align multiple subcontractors within a tight schedule is rarely tested.
