Technical Systems Manager

Keeps the technical layer beneath applications running by performing maintenance, changes and monitoring in line with agreed service levels.
The technical systems manager carries out maintenance and changes on servers, databases and middleware that run the organisation's applications. Unlike the functional manager, this role works with technology rather than with users, and unlike the cloud engineer the emphasis is maintaining existing environments rather than building new ones.
