Produces construction drawings and detailing in CAD based on design and structural requirements, processing changes during execution.

The construction draughtsperson translates the design from architect and structural engineer into buildable drawings for the site. The distinction from a BIM modeller lies in working in 2D drawings rather than a linked 3D model. Selection often fails on drafters who are technically strong in the software but lack the construction insight to flag errors in the design itself.
