AI Product Manager

Sets the product direction of AI applications, weighs the feasibility and risk of models against user value and works with data scientists and engineers.
The AI product manager translates an idea involving AI into a product that genuinely helps users, and must explain the uncertainty of model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders. Unlike a regular product manager, they also weigh whether an AI solution is responsible enough to roll out, given the risks of faulty outcomes. Selection often focuses on enthusiasm about AI, while holding back a launch because evaluation does not yet give enough certainty shows the product manager's maturity in practice.
