Corporate Trainer

Also known as: Learning Facilitator · Business Trainer

Designs and delivers training for employees, guides groups in learning situations and adapts methods to the level and practice of participants.

The corporate trainer stands in front of the group and owns the design and delivery of learning interventions. Unlike the training adviser, the focus is didactics, group dynamics and transferring skill rather than planning or budget. Selection stalls on presentation ability as the criterion, while the role depends on handling participants who were sent under obligation and do not want to learn, and on adapting the programme when the actual level turns out to differ.
