Warehouse Manager

Holds overall responsibility for the daily operation of the warehouse, from staffing and layout to costs and performance.
The warehouse manager leads several team leaders and is responsible for the overall warehouse result. The distinction from a logistics team leader lies in the broader scope across multiple teams, budget and warehouse layout. Selection often fails on candidates with strong operational experience who cannot adequately steer cost and capacity over the longer term.
