Shipping Employee

Handles order readiness and dispatch, links shipments to carriers and checks freight documentation before the truck leaves the site each day.
The shipping employee works against the clock at the end of the day, when all orders must go out the door. The distinction from a warehouse employee lies in the focus on documentation and carrier coordination rather than storage. Selection often fails on candidates who are good at the physical work but careless with waybills and customs papers.
