Career and Study Counselor

Advises pupils on further education and study choices, coordinates career orientation and maintains contact with follow-up education.
The career and study counselor guides pupils through the transition to further education and coordinates the school's career orientation programme. Unlike the student counselor, who supports broadly and personally, this role focuses specifically on study choice and progression. Selection often tests knowledge of the education system, while the ability to guide a pupil toward a study choice that does not match their own expectation is rarely tested.
