Instructor

Also known as: Trainer · Skills Instructor

Teaches groups a defined practical skill following a fixed format, with repetition, demonstration and direct correction.

The instructor teaches practical skills in short, repeatable sessions, often outside a broader curriculum. Unlike a teacher, this role carries no responsibility for building a learning line over a longer period. Selection often tests occupational competence, while the ability to repeat a fixed exercise with the same energy and safety for changing groups is often missed.
