Workplace Trainer

Guides trainees and apprentices on the shop floor at a recognised training company, in coordination with the school and practical assessment.
The workplace trainer guides vocational trainees in applying learned skills in a real working environment. Unlike a school teacher, this role combines the trainer's own production work with gradually transferring responsibility to a trainee. Selection prioritises occupational competence, while the ability to hand over responsibility to a trainee step by step without loss of output is rarely tested.
