Visual Merchandiser
Also known as: Visual Merchandiser · Window Dresser
Designs and builds the shop presentation and window displays to the brand style, directs customer flow and product placement and refreshes them on a commercial calendar.
The visual merchandiser translates the brand identity into an attractive, sales-driving store layout and works closely with marketing and branch management. Unlike a sales assistant who maintains daily presentation, they design the layout itself and adapt it for new collections or promotions. Selection in practice fails when creative eye is tested separately from commercial insight, while an attractive window that does not lift sales misses its purpose.
