Care Support Worker

Also known as: Care Support Assistant · Domestic Care Helper

Supports clients with simple daily tasks and household duties, without nursing procedures, and reports deviations to the responsible care provider.

The care support worker performs no medical procedures and works at the most supportive level of the care chain. The role is often underestimated because it involves no medical procedures. Noticing in time when something is not right and passing it on is the core of the work and is what is most often missing in practice.
